We strive to create an environment of peace and tranquility. Please be mindful of other guests and speak softly to avoid disrupting their experience. Our sauna room, hallway and guest lounge are considered coed areas, meaning at any time, other guests may enter and use these areas. Robes and large body towels are provided. Guests are expected to always remain covered while using these areas.

Children under the age of 12 are welcome to enjoy our spa services; however, due to the relaxing nature of this business and insurance concerns, we ask that children under the age of 12 are not brought into this establishment unless they are receiving a service and are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and all under 18 years of age require a minor consent form signed by a parent.

CANCELLATION POLICY: While booking you will be asked to provide a card number to hold your appointment, we will never charge this card without your knowledge. We require at minimum, a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Upon a second offense, we will charge the card on file depending on the circumstances. Third offense we will require prepayment for all future appointments. 

Please be responsible with personal belongings. For your convenience, we provide secured lockers for guests. Bloom cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items as a result of not properly securing them or mishandling locker keys.

It is our top priority to provide all guests with an exceptional spa experience. Please notify management if we fail to meet your expectations, so that we may improve in all areas. If you enjoyed your service, please feel free to leave gratuity for your service provider (10%-20% is recommended).
