About the Role
We are seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our team at Bloom Day Spa. As a massage therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of massage services to our guests, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage. You will work closely with our guests to understand their unique needs and provide customized treatments to help them achieve their desired results.
Responsibilities:
•Consult with guests to understand their unique needs and provide customized treatments
•Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety and sanitation protocols
•Build and maintain relationships with guests to encourage repeat business
•Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals
•Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in massage therapy
• Provide a range of massage services to guests, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage
Requirements
Must hold a valid state license in massage therapy
Must be knowledgeable in a wide range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety and sanitation protocols
